pSB1C3, single letter prefix and suffix
This Part shows the linearized DNA sequence of the plasmid Part:pSB1C3 after digestion with EcoRI and PstI, allowing for inserts of BioBricks that have been digested with the same restriction enzymes. Gene can be inserted upfront a T7 promoter, this allows expression in presence of the T7 RNA polymerase. CmR gene ensures the resistance of chloramphenicol.
