K215090+K215002: OpdA with Secretion Signal and Streptavidin Binding Tags
This part is OpdA (BBa_K215090) with an N-terminal tag that binds to streptavidin and a C-terminal tag that signals for secretion to the extracellular space (when combined with proper secretion system BBa_K215107). Its expression is IPTG inducible.
Usage and Biology
This part (K215011) had not been tested upon submission, but its components have each been individually tested - The enzyme OpdA has been shown to function as predicted (K215091) and it is inserted into an expression vector that has also been shown to work (K215002).
