Original Trim21 is expressed in humans. We acquired the sequence from iGEM team NUDT_2020 (BBa_K3396007)
Design Notes
An extra nucleotide was removed from the original part sequence on NUDT's part page, and the sequence was codon optimized for expression in E. coli BL21.
