sps sRNA
An artificially synthetic small RNA(sRNA) that can bind the mRNA of sps.
Usage and Biology
The sps sRNA can transcribe small RNA fragments that can bind specifically to sps's mRNA assisted by the chaperone protein Hfq (BBa_K1963000) so that it can inhibit the expression of sps, which silences the sps gene in S.elongatus HL7942.
