6xHis-tag that can be used before the gene of interest. The tag was added between the RBS and the DAPRin sequence.
Characterization: DARPins can be easily purified with the Ni-NTA purification kit when they have this His-tag connected to them. We have done ribosome display as the binding assay for our DARPins, including this His-tag, as well as purified DARPins with the His-tag
