PthlA-FNRbindingsite-7-withRBS
PthlAF7 was modified based on the PthlA constitutive promoter from Clostridium acetobutyricum.A FNR binding site was inserted at the distance of 7 bp from the - 35 region of the PthlA promoter.
Results:
The fluorescence intensity shows that the promoter thlF7 has a trends in aerobic inhibition. But the performence in microaerobic situation is also inhibited.
