A Ribosome Binding Site (RBS) is an RNA sequence present in mRNA that ribosomes can attach to and initiate translation to give the corresponding protein.
Usage and Biology
There are different types of RBS used in the trim system each one is specific for a gene of interest. (Note, all the RBSs with spacers)
