RNA and protein reporting systems
3WJ-Bro and mScarlet-I together were used as RNA and protein reporting systems. 3WJ-Bro can be applied as a gene marker in creating a system for reporting the presence and expression of target genes. mScarlet-I is a truly monomeric red fluorescent protein with record brightness, quantum yield (70%) and fluorescence lifetime (3.9 ns)
