JMK-H2

JMK-H2 is a VHH antibody wich targets the IpaD antigen that makes up the needle tip structure of Type III secretion system of Shigella. The DNA sequence is reversed from the JMK-H2 protein sequence and codon optimized for expression in E. coli.
