Description

This part is a synthetic variant of the rplD (ribosomal protein L4) promoter endogenous to Bacillus subtilis strain PY79. The promoter sequence was modified to optimize the expression of the target gene under its control in Bacillus subtilis against E. coli using the Communique tool developed by the 2021 TAU Israel team.
