-Lcp-HlyA is composed of two basic parts, Lcp1VH2 and HlyA.  HlyA and Lcp are connected by Gibson assembly in order to allow Lcp to be secreted outside the cell through HlyA. HlyA's C-terminal is fused with Lcp1VH2.

-From the literature, we know that Lcp1VH2 possesses water solubility (andler, et al, 2019). Also, our experiments tell us that lcp is extremely difficult to purify. Therefore, we tried to use signal peptide and secretion system to cooperate to secrete the effective protein out of the cell.
