Here we post the full guide RNA that allows for targeting a specific erythromycin-resistance gene by using CRISPR-LbCas12a system. That means, a repeat sequence, needed by the gRNA to couple to the Cas12 protein (BBa_K2927006), and a spacer sequence which is specific for the desired gene to target (BBa_K3791002).
