P22 c2 repressor is from Salmonella P22 phage, which binds to its binding site (BBa_K3889080 to BBa_K3889091) as a dimer leading to inhibition of the gene on which its binding site is present [1].

This is a modified version of BBa_C0053 specific to our project's assembly. The following modifications were made:
