PlacI-OFP
Description
PlacI-ofp is part of the IFN-γ sensing system and is the initial composite part used to construct plasmids used in the IFN-γ sensing system experiments.
Biology
Without the presence of the LacI repressor, the lacI promoter facilitates the constitutive expression of OFP.
Characterization
Double digestion results are shown in Fig. 1.
