TniQ

This TniQ protein is part of the insertion of transposable elements by guide RNA–assisted targeting (INTEGRATE) system devised by Vo et al.(2020). The INTEGRATE system consists of CRISPR RNA-guided integrases for bacterial genome engineering (see BBa_K3776022).
