Applications of BBa_K3873999
The part follows with the sequence of oxytocin, so we detect the expression of oxytocin to prove its effectitveness.
By using ELISA to detect the extracellular oxytocin at 2h, 4h and 6h after induction with 0,0.001,0.01,0.1g/L tryptophan LB solution, we found that the expression level of oxytocin increased with time and induced concentration.
