The part is a marburg collection design MoClo Lv.0 part, assembled in the universal phytobrick entry vector BBa_K2560001. As a 5’CON part the upstream overhang is CGCT, while the downstream overhang is AGCT.
The Sapl site should be removed in order to make this part RFC1000 compatible. however, this part is MoClo compatible with the marburg collection.
