a RFP gene ligated before double terminator
The gene fragment Pre A3 is composed of a Red Fluorescent Protein(BBa_E1010) and a double terminator(BBa_B0015). We digested the vector fragment BBa_B0015 with XbaI and EcoRI and the insert fragment BBa_E1010 with EcoRI and SpeI. We ligated these fragments together to form Pre A3.
