The gene fragment Pre A2 is composed of pTetR <partinfo>BBa_R0040</partinfo> and a double terminator <partinfo>BBa_B0015</partinfo>. We digested the vector fragment BBa_R0040 with XbaI and EcoRI and the insert fragment BBa_B0015 with EcoRI and SpeI. We ligated these fragments together to form Pre A2.

Assembly of Pre A2 (pSB1C3)

The gene fragment Pre A2 is composed of pTetR BBa_R0040 and a double terminator BBa_B0015. We digested the vector fragment BBa_R0040 with XbaI and EcoRI and the insert fragment BBa_B0015 with EcoRI and SpeI. We ligated these fragments together to form Pre A2.
