There is a definite mutation at base 286 in the J70025 sequence. Actual construct is tcccggtg instead of tcccagtg. It is not clear whether this mutation is in part J70025 or not. This mutation introduces a serine -> glycine substitution in the leader peptide. Probably insignificant.
