P6 driven mcbABCD; PtetR driven mcbEFG; luxPR driven tetR

Usage and Biology:

This part completely integrates our quorum sensing system. LuxPR driven tetR is our "switch" for quorum sensing, and P6 driven mcbABCD and PtetR driven mcbEFG are our MccB17 synthesis and secretion system to respond to luxPR driven tetR.

design:

In this part, the expression of tetR is driven by LuxpR; tetR will block ptetR, resulting in the inability to express McbEFG; and P6 as a constitutive promoter will continue to express McbABCD. Sequence and Features
