APX2
Arabidopsis thaliana ascorbate peroxidase 2 (APX2) The expression level of APX2 in Arabidopsis cells increases in response to cadmium stress. Overexpression of APX2 significantly decreases oxidative stress in cadmium-stressed cells. Molecular mechanism studies have shown that it can effectively protect the balance of the photosynthetic systems by eliminating the disorder of the electron transport chain in photosynthesis under cadmium stress.

Summary: We have successfully expressed APX2 in E. coli DH5α(Figure1 a). The OD600 of E.coli expressed by APX2 represents that the concentration of E. coli , will increase faster than that without expression(Figure1. c). At the same time, it can maintain a high strain concentration at different cadmium concentrations(Figure1. d)
