GFPnano-FKBP
This is the fusion protein of GFP nanobody with FKBP on its C terminus.
Usage and Biology
FKBP is a kind of protein which can bind with FRB induced by rapamycin. GFPnano is the nanobody of GFP, a green fluorescent protein, which can be observed easily. This part could target GFP and bind TRIM21-FRB thought the FRB-FKBP interaction and lead to the degradation induced by ubiquitin-proteasome.
