This is the antibody of target protein with specific restriction sites that could be recognized by AlwI.

Usage and Biology

This part was designed by us to add replace modules in the PREDATOR Pro system conveniently. Two AlwI sites of were added to the 5' and 3’ end of XTEN Linker, through which, other coding sequences can be inserted using Golden-Gate Assembly.
