Design Notes
Experiments consisting on cloning the four original dummy sequences TU-DY (BBa_K3425021) and the four MTU-DY (BBa_K3425022), each in different plasmids (BBa_K3425064 and BBa_K3425065) showed that these parts should be longer than 4bp and different from each other. This is reflected in the design of the new set of dummies, which is 8bp long and all of them have different sequences.
