Usage and Biology

Protein A is the famous protein from Staphylococcus aureus which binds to constant fragments of IgG antibodies and has many uses in molecular biology (TapTag for instance).
We have used this protein as hunter fused with BBa_K103017 or BBa_K103018 in our 'hunter and prey' selection system
This part uses our BamHI/SacI/NdeI fusion cloning substandard
