B0015 Terminators Measurement in Lactobacillus spp

This part is the negative control for the efficiency terminators assay, when we tested three different sequences for Lactobacillus spp K2978201 K2978202 K2978203 K2978204 and K2978205.

The composite part is based in constitutively express a GFP before of each terminator tested, and a RFP in a polycistronic way after the terminator. By comparing the fluorescence of each protein, the efficiency of the terminator could be determined.

This specific terminator is descripted in the next link: https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_B0015
