Description:

This composite part is used for measurement of the new hybrid promoter.

Usage:

Transfer with high copy control plasmid containing luxI-luxR part ( BBa_K3245002 ) to test real time quorum sensing behavior and collect data such as OD600 and fluorescence. Transfer with plasmid containing luxR part ( BBa_C0062, etc. ) and start measuring with artificial AHL induction. It’s more suitable when accurate mechanism or dynamics research is needed.
