Design Notes
This part, four repeating sequences complementary to miRNA885-5p on an mRNA, is a 4X miRNA target designed to target miRNA885-5p. When miRNA885-5p reaches a certain concentration in the cell, it would combine with miR885-5p-target and suppress the translation of mRNA. According to our design, miR885-5p-target is designed to control the translation of mRNA with response parts. We integrate miR885-5p-target with 2kt-E1A and miR663b-target so that E1A cannot be translated with miRNA885-5p existing in the cell.
