pCpxR-BBa_E0840 fusion

This is a fusion of the CpxR responsive promoter pCpxR (BBa_K135000), upstream of BBa_E0840. BBa_K135002 is used as a 'scar' to join the the two parts together correctly. This was required as the sequence of the linking region between the two parts was not correct when generated automatically.

This part can be used as a visual assay for adhesion to hydrophobic surfaces in E. coli. See part BBa_K135000 for an explanation of how this works.
