NaIII-methylase-CBD 6-His-Tag with TEV site
NlaIII is a methylase which is part of an enzymes groupes in part of transferase familly, and tranfert a donor methyl groupe into a an acceptor. This enzyme in our project can allows the binding of the "amylase gene" into the cellulose membrane.
