This part consists of Lac promotor(BBa_R0010) and RBS(Ribosome Binding Site) (BBa_B0034)

<Long description>

This is sequence from CAP (catabolite activator protein) Binding Site to (RBS) Ribosome Binding Site. CAP binds to cAMP and become complex. This complexes promote that RNA polymerases bind to promotor by binding CAP Binding Site.

<Usage>

To express the purpose of gene and promote the expression by inserting the gene to upstream RecA.
