L1c-PsaD-GLE-PETase-YFP-SP20-RBCS2

This vector is a part of the Chlamy-HUB-Collection. This part is composed of the PsaD promoter, the GLE secretion signal, the PETase enzyme, a YFP mVenus marker, the SP20 glycomodule for enhanced secretion and the Rbcs2 terminator. The part can be used to express and secrete the PETase enzyme in C. reinhardtii. The YFP-mVenus tag can be used to detect the expression and secretion of the PETase.
