Reverse primer for amplifying BBa_E0040
A reverse primer that is 31 base pairs long that can be used to amplify the GFP part BBa_E0040 by PCR.
It is used in conjunction with BBa_K2982006 or BBa_K2982006 in order to amplify a sequence that has an RBS with GFP (BBa_E0040). This is done for characterisation of BBa_J61124 by measuring its activity as an RBS.
This primer contains an XhoI restriction site and the last 21 nucleotides of the GFP sequence.
