pMIT1-PRM1-pPRM1-MIT1
A combination of the PMIT1-PRM1 (part BBa_K3239009) and the PPRM1-MIT1 (part BBa_K3239010) constructs.
Usage and Biology
This construct should not only exhibit a combined effect of its two subparts but also the more complex interactions among these two constructs. Figure 1 illustrates the proposed complex regulation of PAOX1.
