DTU 2011 - This BioBrick was used as template for generating an SPL and 4 rationally designed mutants to expand the dynamic range of the I0500 promoter.

This was part used as a reporter for creating an inducible SPL. It worked as expected, and produced GFP when induced with arabinose.

The promoter activity of the I746908 Biobrick when induced by 0.2% arabinose. Data originates from a BioLektor. The linear regression y = -2.5523 + 0.1095x has an adjusted R-square of 0.974
