PP7 riboswitch + MS2 coat protein

This part is a combination of PP7 riboswitch and MS2 coat protein sequence to manipulate regulation process with another part automatically in the mammalian cells. We build up a three plasmids circuit which aimed to subsequently regulate expression level of gene(s) connected by 2A peptide with regulating protein (MS2/PP7).
