As a fusion expression label, flag usually does not interact with the target protein and usually does not affect the functional properties of the target protein. Flag-tag is a segment composed of 8 amino acid residues, playing a role of labeling in protein expression and location. As a fusion expression label, flag usually does not interact with the target protein and usually does not affect the functional properties of the target protein. As it can be recognized by anti-flag antibodies, we hope fused several flag tags to IL-15 protein will enhance the ability of inducing receptor dimerization. Here we fused 8 flags to IL-15.
