HA-tag->mmuTrim21
This part can be used to test some certain expressed proteins that can bind with mmuTrim21.
Usage and Biology
HA-tag, derived from the HA-molecule corresponding to amino acids 98-106, is used in expression vectors as a epitope tag. It can be used in the detection, isolation and purification of target proteins.
Trim 21 belongs the family of TRIM and exist in many eukaryotic cells. MmuTrim 21 comes from mouse eukaryotic cells. It can bind IgG, IgM, IgA as a cytosolic Fc receptor. In intracellular cell, Trim 21 can orchestrates humoral immunity in the cytosolic environment and mediates neutralization by degrading antibody-coated viruses in the proteasome as a E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase.
This composite parts can be used to test the degradation of some certain targeting proteins, antibody-antigen complex and receptor-ligand complex with more convenience.
Special Design
HA-tag can test targeting protein eaily. So this composite part is detected more simply.
