Usage and Biology

Using the Caltech iGEM [http://2008.igem.org/Team:Caltech/Protocols/MIC_Assay minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) assay], K137079 in pSB1A2 in SN0037 (ΔkatGΔkatE) was able to increase the MIC of SN0037 as shown below:
