Applications of BBa_K2624002
To verify that the improved component is valid, we constructed two plasmids. One is NLS+(containing this part), and another is NLS- (containing BBa_K1442028).We applied indirect immunofluorescence to prove the expression (Figure.A) and nuclear translocation (Figure.B) of these parts.
