RBS-fdh

It encodes formate dehydrogenase cytochrome b.

Usage and biology

It encodes formate dehydrogenase to transform formate into CO2. With the overexpression of fdh, Shewanella could produce NADH more efficiently, which brings more electricity to be produced.
