Firstly, we fused this this part with yEGFP, which made it visible in the yeast through fluorescent microscope.

Then we characterized the expression of Frb-yEGFP with 2 promoters pTet07 and PDH3. The expression of these promoters was measured through flow cytometry.

Moreover, we fused Frb-yEGFP with HOtag6. This part can form phase separation with FKBP-yEGFP-HOTag3 in the presence of rapamycin.
