pKaiBC promoter
Summary
As a component of the Kai circuit, pKaiBC promoter can be specific recognize and active by the phosphorylated RpaA,It participates in the construction of biological clock,as an important part of circadian rhythm-related protein expression in cyanobacteria.
The fragment is 89 bp.
