Arac arabinose responsive repressor driven by B. burgdorferi promoter rpoS.
This is a graph of the effect of the expression of multiple proteins on the growth of biofilms. We used and AraC promoter to drive the expression of these proteins. For a control, we used and "empty" AraC plasmid which is part BBa_K2577004. This "empty" plasmid did not have the insert necessary to produce an antifreeze protein like the others did.
