<p>This part is our part of the test to detect tetracycline in the environment. Because <i>E. coli</i> is not tolerant to tetracycline, we introduced a resistance mechanism to expand its tolerance to tetracycline, which can be detected at a wider concentration of tetracycline. The ABS value of <i>E. coli</i> was determined by comparing with that of <i>E.coli</i>. The results showed that the highest concentration of tetracycline was 10μg/ml in<i> E.coli</i> and 110μg /ml in <i>E.coli</i>.</p>

Detecting parts

This part is our part of the test to detect tetracycline in the environment. Because E. coli is not tolerant to tetracycline, we introduced a resistance mechanism to expand its tolerance to tetracycline, which can be detected at a wider concentration of tetracycline. The ABS value of E. coli was determined by comparing with that of E.coli. The results showed that the highest concentration of tetracycline was 10μg/ml in E.coli and 110μg /ml in E.coli.
