Introduction & Design:
In order to determine the strength of this promoter at different temperature and glucose concentration, we constructed a plasmid with the expression of GFP as an indicator downstream the TEF1 promoter and measured its intensity of fluorescence. Additionally, we also constructed a plasmid with GFP only as a negative control.
