Promoter ent Actived Intracelluraly in Salmonella

Gene ent located in the cluster of enterobactin (ent) genes. In respond to iron deprivation, Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurim secretes siderophores and enterobactin in SCV condition to sense and adapt to the intracellular environment of different types of host cells.

Notice

This part carried it's native RBS. You can attach a CDS to it.
This part should be in a low copy plasmid such as PSB4K5, or it will express before Salmonella's entry to cell.

Use in Salmonella only.
