PgrpE Test Device

The PgrpE Test Device contains the grpE promoter submitted by the 2008 Berkeley iGEM team. The promoter is upstream of the mRFP1 coding sequence.

Measurements of the PgrpE Test Device are provided below in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) by the 2019 FSU iGEM team. You can increase and decrease the size of, download, and print the document. In Apple Safari, the controls for interacting with the document are at the end of the document. Google Chrome provides the controls above the document. We hope that sharing the document in this format will provide a pleasant experience.
