Sensynova Framework (P2 ogr signal tuner Processing Module - pCell)
Description
The part BBa_K2205024 was designed as Processor unit of the Sensynova multicellular framework for biosensors development (Figure 1).
This part was made to test the modularity of the system by inserting the P2 Phage sensitivity tuner (BBa_K274371) construct between the two parts of the empty processing module of the Sensynova platform.
The part BBa_K274371 is under the control of our connector 1, part BBa_K2205010, while controlling our connector 2, part BBa_K2205011.
This system is normally repressed except in the presence of connector 1 subsequently activating the transcription of connector 2 (C12 – RHL) triggering the reporter modules of the platform.
